Background
The French company Club med, present all over the world through its holiday clubs noticed, through consumers insights, a big shift, between their high-end brand positioning and their kids’ club offer. They firstly came to us with the ambition to propose and deploy in several countries new way of welcoming children and a few years later, another way of hosting the whole family, fostering child-parent reconnection rather than separation during holidays.
What we did
We’ve imagined a totally new concept for their Baby Clubs, Petit Clubs and Mini Clubs, dividing the existing places in 3 areas of experiences: “Art Studio”, “Games Factory” and “Music Academy”. We worked on 2D-3D plans, recommended activities for children, materials, decoration and finding international licenses and partners to entertain children in those kids clubs. After that, we’ve amplified our mission to entertain and reinforce family ties through a new global experiential concept called “Amazing Family”, in line with Club Med new claim “Amazing You” thourgh an escape-game, a family yoga zone, an “amazing truck” containing giant games, sportive equipment adapted to kids…
Results
Customer-satisfaction surveys showed really positive results regarding our concepts. For example, almost 8/10 clients were satisfied with the « Amazing Family » concept and Club Med deploy it in various resorts around the world.
