Background

The Research and Innovation branch of the multinational food company Danone came tous with the goal of proposing 2 unique communication supports for an international use(every Business Unit in the world), targeting kids and then pregnant mothers to prevent those targets from dehydrating risks when going to the toilet.

What we did

We’ve created infographics and playful educational material that could have been understood and used in any country, without using any word. To ensure the good comprehension and use of the materials on different markets, we’ve managed consumers’ panels were conducted on 3 continents with 3 variations of the materials to test them.

Results

The majority of children and future mums in the panels selected the first version proposedand materials has been deployed all over the world.

Welcoming offer for kids & Families

The French company Club med, present all over the world through its holiday clubs noticed, through consumers insights, a big shift, between their high-end brand positioning and their kids’ club offer. They firstly came to us with the ambition to propose and deploy in several countries new way of welcoming children and a few years later, another way of hosting the whole family, fostering child-parent reconnection rather than separation during holidays.

Licence awareness & toys

The international company Universal Consumer Products initially came to us looking for a way to avoid loosing awareness towards kids and especially girls from 3 to 8 around their Trolls licence, already beloved by kids, between two films’ release quite spaced in time. They wanted to fill out a year with strong communication actions matching with their movies’ storytelling and DNA.

Launch of a toy range

When the French superstore, Auchan, decided to launch a new collectables toy range they came to us for help. With such a crowded market place they wanted to make sure they had a brand that stood out and the content to really drive engagement. The brand was called #Coolsurprise and was aimed at boys and girls aged 3-8.
